Room Rates: Includes full breakfast delivered to your room. Rates are for single or double occupancy and are subject to state and local taxes. 2-night minimum required on weekends from April thru October, and some holidays. Amenities: All suites have Fireplaces, Cable Television, VCR/DVD and CD Players, Refrigerators,Radio/Alarm Clocks, Fans, Hair Dryers, Irons, Ironing Boards, Breakfast Dining Tables and Wireless Internet Access. Rates are subject to state and local taxes. Rock Terrace Suite has accommodations for two additional room guests at $40.00 per person per night plus tax, minimum age 13 years.

Check-out time by 11:00 a.m. Smoke-free Inn A deposit for one night's stay is required to guarantee reservations and must be by credit card. Cliff House Inn Bed and Breakfast is a lakeside property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us. A one-night deposit is taken upon reservation. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit, less a $25 processing fee. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 14 (fourteen) days notice or shorten your reservation, please understand that you will be responsible for your deposit. In the unlikely event that you must cancel within 72 hours of your arrival, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can re-book you room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. Rates and policies are subject to change, and vary during high impact periods and for some special requests.
